அப்பொழுது ராஜா சீபாவை நோக்கி: மேவிபோசேத்திற்கு உண்டானதெல்லாம் உன்னுடையதாயிற்று என்றான். அதற்குச் சீபா: ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனே, உம்முடைய கண்களில் எனக்குத் தயை கிடைக்கவேண்டும் என்று நான் பணிந்து கேட்டுக்கொள்ளுகிறேன் என்றான்.

Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine [are] all that [pertained] unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly beseech thee [that] I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O king.
